To be named Supplier of the Year, a company must demonstrate outstanding performance for delivery and support for DQ franchisees. Included in the judging criteria are performance accuracy, order fulfillment, on-time delivery, pricing variances and service follow-up. Supplier of the Year is one of several awards that USCI annually presents to partners who provide superior service and outstanding support to Dairy Queen and DQ Grill & Chill locations in the United States.
