Atlanta–based Fresh To Order (f2o) is bringing its "fast-fine" dining concept to the Tarheel State with the Charlotte opening of its first North Carolina restaurant by months' end. Located in Carolina Place Mall, this will be the first of eight restaurants scheduled to open in North Carolina over the next five years.
North Carolina's first Fresh to Order is owned and operated by JNR Restaurant Group, LLC, a Charlotte–based hospitality holding group that operates additional restaurant concepts and a sizeable hotel portfolio. JNR plans to open two additional units in Charlotte, while another Charlotte franchisee, Real Restaurant Group, plans on five more.
