Ling & Louie's Asian Bar And Grill Celebrates the Year of the Goat with a Special Chinese New Year Menu

Celebrated February 16th thru February 28th, guests who order off the Chinese New Year menu receive a special "fortune envelope" promising free food in their future with a full belly now.

Scottsdale, AZ (PRWEB) February 05, 2015 - While you may not be able to He yáng nai (drink a glass of goat milk) to ring in the Chinese New Year at Ling and Louie's, you can enjoy delicious off menu items like Char Siu Pork Tenderloin while sipping on a "Wisdom and Peace" cocktail to summon your inner Buddha.

With Ling and Louie's fare typically attracting "Not for Boring People" since its inception, management takes great delight in offering this special Chinese New Year menu annually to their guests along with special festivities inside the restaurant.

It seems Ling has been hard at work perfecting this year's Chinese New Year "Feast of Fortune" menu with limited-time items such as Asian Sea Bass, Ling's Lucky Noodles, Char Siu Pork Tenderloin and General Ling's Chicken - a dish Ling traditionally serves for New Year's only.

The special "Lucky Libations" menu developed by Ling and Louie's in-house mixologist was uniquely concocted to increase good fortune and promote kindness among men; a trait typical of those born in the Year of the Goat. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy cocktails aptly named "Abundance," "Fortune," "Family," "Friendship" and "Wisdom and Peace."

Those who order off the Chinese New Year menu will also have the opportunity to bang a gong at the Scottsdale location and receive a special "New Year's fortune envelope" containing gift cards, free appetizers and even complimentary dinners for four.

"Ling and Louie's always pulls out all the stops for Chinese New Year and The Year of the Goat is no different," said John Banquil, Regional General Manager of Ling & Louie's Asian Bar and Grill. "Our Feast of Fortune menu will delight the senses while our Lucky Libations menu features a multitude of unique, top shelf ingredients promising to deliver a 'Not Boring' cocktail experience!"

Along with the food and drink offering, the restaurant will be decorated with Chinese New Year traditions such as gongs, paper lanterns and dragons and accented with red, a common tradition to encourage "good fortune", "happiness", "wealth" and "longevity".

The special menus will be offered February 16th – 28th 2015 at the popular Ling & Louie's Asian Bar and Grill locations in Scottsdale (9397 E. Shea Boulevard, Scottsdale, AZ) and in the Wild Horse Pass Casino on the Gila River Indian Community (5040 Wild Horse Pass Blvd., Chandler, AZ).
