"I used to work in Knoxville as a director of sales and marketing, and The Casual Pint was the place I would always go to unwind after work," said Franse. "With the more casual atmosphere and retail market, the experience was different from that of your typical bar, and when I heard about the franchising opportunities, I decided to check it out at their very first Discovery Day for prospective owners. I was hooked."

Beer aficionados of the greater Nashville area will soon get a taste of the East Tennessee born beer market that is anxious to keep the promise to reveal Casual Pint's mission of sharing the craft beer experience in neighborhoods one pint, one growler and one person at a time.

The agreement to open the latest franchise location was contracted in 2014, naming Hillsboro Road as the site selected to become The Casual Pint's newest home. Franse plans to open more stores as middle Tennessee becomes more acquainted with the beer market in the coming months. With more than a dozen breweries in middle Tennessee, The Casual Pint will be an available resource for the business owners of the Nashville area to sell their brews.

The Casual Pint Franklin location is another product of the franchise opportunities now available across the United States. As the ninth store, the newest addition will certainly not be the last in the country.
