Philly’s Best Expands In Southern California

Authentic Philly Cheesesteaks and Hoagies Now Available in San Clemente

February 20, 2015 // Franchising.com // Irvine, California – Philly's Best, the Southern California destination for authentic Philly cheesesteaks and hoagies, has announced the opening of its San Clemente location, marking the company's 22nd restaurant. The San Clemente store is franchised and operated by Orange County local father and son team, Patrick and Michael Yau and is located in the Ocean View Plaza Shopping Center in San Clemente.

"My father and I couldn't be happier to join the Philly's Best family, and grow the brand in Southern California." said San Clemente franchisee, Michael Yau. The new location is the first to feature an updated restaurant design, which will be implemented in all new locations moving forward, as well as corporate-owned stores in the coming months. Designed to provide guests with a genuine Philadelphia feel, new restaurant elements include a stainless steel bar top and unique Philly-themed wall graphics.
