The Cousins Subs on Paradise Avenue first opened in May 2003 and transitioned ownership to Keith Novotny in February 2005. Under Novotny’s ownership, he’s invested in Making It Better in the West Bend community by hosting fundraising events for local schools, sports teams and clubs.
