AUGUSTINE BEACH, Fl. and MCLEAN, Va. – Hilton Worldwide has signed an agreement with Key International to build a new Embassy Suites, an upscale, all-suite offering, in St. Augustine Beach, Florida. Expected to open in Q4 2017, the 180-suite Embassy Suites St. Augustine Beach - Oceanfront marks the third Hilton Worldwide property in St. Augustine Beach. The hotel is Key International’s first Hilton Worldwide property.

This beachfront hotel will feature 180 spacious suites equipped with a separate living area, private bedroom, and wet bar fitted with a microwave, mini-fridge and coffee maker. Suites will also be equipped with two flat-screen high-definition televisions. In addition, the property will offer complimentary fitness and business centers.
"The Embassy Suites prototype allows us flexibility in design and to be able to offer a product that was adaptable in a resort environment to ensure guests have a memorable experience," said Diego Ardid, Key International. The new hotel will offer the brand's signature features such as an inviting atrium environment, where guests will have access to complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast and evening Manager's Reception* with complimentary appetizers and beverage. Embassy Suites St. Augustine Beach - Oceanfront will offer 5,500 square feet of indoor meeting space and an outdoor pool.
