IHG's Staybridge Suites® Brand Debuts in the Northern State of Chihuahua, Mexico

Opening Marks Fourth Staybridge Suites Hotel in the Country

March 05, 2015 // Franchising.com // CHIHUAHUA, Chih. – InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) one of the world’s leading hotel companies, announces the opening of the new Staybridge Suites® Chihuahua hotel in the city of Chihuahua, Mexico, following an investment of more than US $11 million by ownership. This opening represents IHG’s fourth Staybridge Suites property in Mexico, with other hotels located in Monterrey, Guadalajara and Queretaro. There are an additional four Staybridge Suites locations in the pipeline in Mexico.

“The hotel will be located near General Roberto Fierro Villalobos International Airport, making it a convenient choice for U.S. business travelers who will be in the city for an extended period of time,” said Gerardo S. Located at Calle Paseo Vistas del Sol 6803, the hotel is in close proximity to shopping malls, restaurants, bars, banks, entertainment and recreation areas. The hotel features 100 spacious and well-equipped studio and one-and two-bedroom/two-bathroom suites. Amenities such as a complimentary daily hot breakfast buffet and evening reception, daily housekeeping, guest laundry room, fitness center, indoor pool, 24-hour business center, free high-speed wireless Internet in all areas, 24-hour guest lounge and outdoor living room with barbecue and fire pit will be available for all guests.

The Staybridge Suites Chihuahua hotel is owned by Desarrollos Juventud S.A. de C.V and is managed by Desarrollos Juventud, SA de CV.
