Presented at the company’s March 2015 annual franchise convention in Orlando, Florida, the accolades were Rookie of the Year, Spirit of Wireless Zone® Franchise, and Franchisee of the Year.

Business partners Matt Williams and Eric Reynolds, both under 30 years old, have been named Rookie of the Year. Williams and Reynolds own the only Portage, Wisconsin Wireless Zone® store, leading the Madison region. Jeffrey Zarrella, who operates in Okeechobee, Florida, was awarded the Spirit of Wireless Zone® Franchise honor for his Parrott Avenue location. Zarrella is known within the company for his enthusiasm as both a business owner and for his commitment to improving the community through his work with various charitable organizations in the Okeechobee area.
Long-time franchisee Jeff Swackhammer was named Franchisee of the Year for his adaptability to the ever-changing mobile technology industry. His 13 Wireless Zone® stores in Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Florida have proven successful for more than 10 years.
