March 19, 2015 // Franchising.com // Washington, D.C. - Zippy Shell is proud to announce the grand opening of a new franchise location in Nebraska, servicing the Omaha and Lincoln areas, the two largest cities in Nebraska. Lincoln serves as the capital of the state and home to the notable University of Nebraska. Omaha is the home of numerous Fortune 500 companies such as Berkshire Hathaway, ConAgra, Mutual of Omaha and TD Ameritrade.

Cullen had noticed the lack of portable storage options in the area and felt like the Zippy Shell business model would be a lucrative asset to the southeast region.
