Chicken Salad Chick Announces Pick a New Chick Flavor Contest Finalists

Southern restaurant concept to let fans vote on new chicken salad flavor.

Auburn, AL (PRWEB) April 01, 2015 - Chicken Salad Chick, one of NRN’s 2015 Breakout Brands, announced today the finalists for their Pick a New Chick Flavor Contest. The three finalists are “Southwest Senorita”, “Dill-icious Diva” and “Curry Queen”. Fans will now be able to vote for their favorite finalist at http://www.pickanewchick.com to determine which of these flavors will be served for a limited time at all Chicken Salad Chick locations. Voting is open during the month of April, and the flavor that receives the highest amount of votes will be served starting June 1. Additionally, the fan that submitted the winning flavor will also receive a $5,000 prize. Please see website for finalist flavor details.

The Chicken Salad Chick concept was established in Auburn, AL in 2008 in the kitchen of founder Stacy Brown. Stacy quickly learned that selling a homemade recipe from her kitchen is against the law, and after being shut down by the health department, she decided to solicit the business expertise of her future husband and fellow founder, Kevin. Together, they opened a small takeout restaurant which quickly grew to enormous demand and additional locations. Chicken Salad Chick has sold over 100 franchises to be developed across the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North & South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas, and has plans to expand nationally in the coming years.
