Window Genie Opens in Virginia Beach Just in Time for Spring Cleaning

Local man Joe Delatte opens home cleaning service franchise Window Genie, serving the greater Virginia Beach area.

Virginia Beach, VA (PRWEB) April 08, 2015 - Window Genie announces the grand opening of its newest location in Virginia Beach on April 13th. Joe Delatte is the owner. Window Genie is a national home service franchise specializing in residential and light commercial window cleaning, window tinting, pressure washing, gutter cleaning and more. Window Genie will service the greater Virginia Beach areas from the Oceanfront to Little Creek and from Chic’s Beach to the Courthouse, including adjacent areas of Norfolk and Chesapeake.

Before joining Team Genie, Delatte worked for many years in key marketing roles for both Cox Communications and The Virginian Pilot. Delatte will continue to support Seventh Point, the Virginia Beach ad agency he has worked with for the past nine years. Having always felt the desire to be a business owner, Delatte explains that, "it was just the right time for me. I'm not getting any younger, but I still have the energy, drive and motivation to build something that's mine." If he was going to make a big leap, he said, it was going to be with a franchise. "Why start from scratch when I can successfully run a business that’s been proven, developed and wanted by the people who live in my hometown? If it's needed and the branding is strong, I know I can make it happen. With Window Genie, customer service sets us apart. That’s what I’ve always strived for."

After much research, Delatte decided on Window Genie for its strong brand and lifestyle appeal. "I have a son, three daughters and four grandchildren. I wanted a business I could earn a good living running, but that didn't take me away from family on nights, weekends or holidays. Officially open for business on April 13th, Delatte is excited to find new ways to serve the people in the Virginia Beach and Hampton Roads community he's grown to love over the last 30 years.
