International is pleased to announce that the subfranchisor rights to the Region of Northern Ontario have been awarded to Rob Trembinski and Kristen Trembinski, Franchisees of EXIT Realty Lake Superior in Sault Ste. Marie.
This brother and sister team took over ownership of the brokerage from their father, Ontario real estate veteran and former Ontario Real Estate Association President, Terry Trembinski in 2012. Under their leadership the brokerage grew by 43% and recently surpassed a stronghold held by RE/MAX since the 1980s in ends closed for 2014. It is one of the largest brokerages in the Algoma District with eight agents in the top 20% of their board.
Commenting on the finalization last month of the Regional rights, Rob said, “We don’t want to build just another real estate brand in Northern Ontario; we want to help change people’s lives in the same way EXIT Realty has already done for us. We see the potential and we’re looking forward to EXIT brokerages springing up all across the North each fostering an environment for agents of teaching, coaching and learning as well as exceptional customer service.”
