April 21, 2015 // Franchising.com // Portsmouth, N.H. - Margaritas Management Group, the operator of Tio Juan’s Margaritas Mexican Restaurants and Tacomano Mexican Street Food, has named two executives to key leadership positions.
The Portsmouth, N.H. based company announced that Brisbane Vaillancourt has been promoted to Vice President of Operations. After joining the company in 2003 as a host, Vaillancourt demonstrated strong leadership qualities that allowed her to move up into other positions within the operations team, most recently serving as the Director of Training. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading the operations team as the company enters a new phase of expansion.
“We are excited to have Brisbane in her new role,” said Margaritas President Hugo Marin. “She has been a vital part of my leadership council and I am confident that she will continue to drive our operations team and Margaritas to exciting new levels of success.”
Margaritas Management Group also announced that Kelly Parkinson has joined the company as Vice President of Purchasing. Parkinson brings 20 years of experience in purchasing and procurement.
“Adding Kelly to our team immediately adds strength to our purchasing power,” said Marin. “Her experience and drive to bring our company the right products at the best price will allow us the ability to deliver our guests quality food and drinks at a great value.”
Margaritas Management Group currently operates 26 locations throughout Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Connecticut and Pennsylvania under the Tio Juan’s Margaritas Mexican Restaurants and Tacomano Mexican Street Food brands.
