The Pie Hole Signs Three-Unit Franchise Deal

The Los Angeles based phenomenon to expand award-winning pie and coffee concept in Orange County.

April 30, 2015 // Franchising.com // Los Angeles, CA - The Pie Hole, the celebrated Los Angeles based pie and coffee concept, has closed a three-unit franchise deal for Orange County, California. Named to Conde Nast Traveler’s Best Pies in America list, The Pie Hole features sweet and savory, made-from-scratch pies and premium coffees in a fast casual, local gathering space format.

The Pie Hole has two corporately owned locations in Los Angeles and Pasadena, and a franchised non-traditional unit at LAX Airport, part of the prestigious Westfield Terminal 2 project.

The new franchisee, Tranaya Watson, LLC, is comprised of 4 entrepreneurs with a solid track record of success in industries including restaurant ownership/operations, franchise development, international business, education and healthcare. The group is currently scouting locations throughout Orange County and is focused on Irvine, Brea, and other ‘foodie’ areas with substantial late-day and late-night consumer demand.
