CREAM Launches “Taco Tuesdays” Starting on Cinco De Mayo
Ice cream sandwich franchise will offer $1 discount for “Cream Tacos” on Tuesdays.

Using a waffle cone taco shaped shell, CREAM has made a delicious dessert hybrid and officially starting May 5, 2015, customers can receive a $1 off Cream Tacos every Tuesday.
CREAM, the Bay Area-based dessert franchise known for its delectable ice cream sandwiches has seen an increased for demand for the massive Cream Tacos.
“More and more customers were ordering the Cream Tacos and we wanted to offer an opportunity where they could celebrate the product and a discounted price,” said President Jim Ryan. “Most of our customers are pretty adventurous and our Cream Tacos provide them with countless combinations of super-premium ice cream and toppings.”
CREAM, which is an acronym for “Cookies Rule Everything Around Me,” offers a menu of 20 ice cream flavors and 20 cookie flavors and as many as 15 topping that customers can mix and match, as well as vegan and gluten-free options. While the ice cream sandwiches are the main draw, CREAM also has milkshakes, floats, malts, scoops of ice cream and other baked goods.
The “Cream Taco” consists of three flavors super-premium ice cream of a customer’s choice along with the choice of two toppings, all for around $4.99. Customers originally enjoyed the discount in a two-hour period on Tuesdays but with the official Taco Tuesday launch, Cream Tacos can be enjoyed all day, every Tuesday.
CREAM currently has 12 locations open and operating throughout California and Las Vegas, with plans to expand its national footprint over the next several years. According to Ryan, 30-40 new CREAM stores will open in 2015, and by the end of 2016, there could be as many as 150 stores nationwide.
