Leading Fast Casual Pizza Chain Hits the Jackpot at Hard Rock in Biloxi

BILOXI, Miss. - May 5, 2015 // PRNewswire // - On Friday, May 8, the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi will hit the jackpot when Pie Five Pizza Co. officially opens and starts serving fresh, fast personal pizzas, created and cooked with the freshest ingredients in under five minutes. This will be the nation's leading fast casual pizza company's first Mississippi location.

Pie Five's unique fast casual model allows patrons to customize a personal handcrafted pizza, choosing from a wide selection of fresh, artisan ingredients - all in under 5 minutes. The masterfully created pizzas are cooked in custom-designed, state-of-the-art pizza oven. There are millions of possible pizza combinations Pie Five customers can create with four crusts (including artisan thin, classic pan, whole wheat grain Neapolitan and gluten-free), seven sauces and 28 fresh toppings.
