Creative Learning Corporation Awards First Five Sew Fun Studios Franchises

ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. - May 07, 2015  - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Creative Learning Corporation (OTCQX:CLCN), owner and developer of Bricks 4 Kidz,® Challenge Island®, and Sew Fun Studios® the highly-popular children’s education and enrichment programs, is pleased to announce the awarding of five Sew Fun Studios® franchises. “This is an exciting announcement for us,” stated Brian Pappas, CEO of Creative Learning Corporation, “as it validates our theory about the revival of the art of sewing and the potential success of a mobile sewing franchise. After doing months of research into the feasibility of operating such a business, we came to the conclusion that a mobile sewing franchise will work as well as our other two concepts – Bricks 4 Kidz and Challenge Island. We’ve worked closely with Megan Avery, the owner of M Avery Designs, located in Hoboken, NJ, to develop the Sew Fun Studios model. Megan has been operating a mobile sewing business, where she has brought the art of sewing into elementary schools in the Hoboken and surrounding schools for over five years – operating a similar model as Bricks 4 Kidz and Challenge Island which includes after-school classes, summer and holiday camps and birthday parties. Megan has also been operating a [brick and mortar] sewing studio business in Hoboken for over 10 years. The net result of our relationship with Megan is a compelling curriculum and franchise business that we expect to attract hundreds of new owners over the next several years, as we have with Bricks 4 Kidz.”
