MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO - (Marketwired - May 7, 2015) - easyhome Ltd. (TSX:EH) ("easyhome" or the "Company"), the Canadian leader in providing goods and financial services to the cash and credit constrained consumer, today announced that all of the nominee directors listed in the management proxy circular dated April 1, 2015 were elected as directors of easyhome. The vote was conducted at the Company's Annual and Special General Meeting, which took place on May 5, 2015 in Toronto, Ontario. The results of the vote are set out below:
