Pat Swisher, CEO, Welcomes Four New Franchise Locations

Charlotte, NC - April 27, 2015 – Enviro-Master, recognized by Entrepreneur magazine as a Top New Franchise for 2015, is pleased to announce strong spring franchise sales with the addition of four new units in Connecticut, Memphis, Minneapolis and Philadelphia, joining new locations in Tulsa, Oklahoma and Southeast Atlanta that came on board earlier in 2015.

Jamie Poff, owner of Enviro-Master of Connecticut Enviro-Master’s new franchise locations represent further expansion into key markets. Entrepreneur and long-time Connecticut resident Jamie Poff recently acquired the Enviro-Master Connecticut South territory and anticipates opening in May. “I love the culture at Enviro-Master,” said Mr. Poff. “I am excited to work in a service business that is people-centered and offers opportunities to provide Enviro-Master’s best-in-class hygiene solutions while cultivating ongoing relationships in a business to business model.” This is Enviro-Master’s first unit to open in the state.

Thom Whitely is the owner of Enviro-Master of MemphisEntrepreneur and sales executive Thom Whitley of Memphis, Tennessee has started two businesses and attained sales leadership positions in large organizations. Thom commented, “Enviro-Master seemed to fit me perfectly in terms of core values, and I was really impressed by the candor and resolve of the company’s executive team led by Pat Swisher.” This is the third Enviro-Master franchise to open in Tennessee with a launch anticipated in June.

Steve Loosbrock and Chris Marrs are partners in the Enviro-Master of Minneapolis franchise.Long-time friends and business partners Steve Loosbrock and Chris Marrs of Minneapolis, Minnesota have since 1997 operated the IT business the entrepreneurial duo founded. “We decided we wanted to expand and do something different,” Steve remarked. “We looked at several types of franchises and quickly narrowed down to Enviro-Master with its straightforward, proven concept.” Chris added, “Enviro-Master offers good cash flow, and I remember Swisher from back in the day. Pat Swisher brings credibility and a good reputation to the franchise system.” Steve and Chris anticipate opening in June, which will be the first Enviro-Master location in Minnesota.

Robert Greer is the owner of Enviro-Master of PhiladelphiaRob Greer, most recently VP and Corporate Controller for a private equity owned enterprise, acquired the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania territory. He brings a combination of Fortune 500 corporate and small firm experience. Rob quipped, “When I was first evaluating Enviro-Master, I said, ‘You want me to clean bathrooms?” Humor aside, Rob quickly discerned that Enviro-Master presented “the most interesting” concept. “Discover Day went really, really well,” Rob explained and added, “I came away feeling the leaders at Enviro-Master have a ton of integrity.” He also said that the ability to lead a team, enjoy a quality of life and the relatively low capital to start were attractive aspects of the franchise. This franchise is the second Enviro-Master location to open in Pennsylvania with a launch expected later this spring.
