He is hosting an open house on Saturday May 16th from 12:30 pm to 3 pm to offer a look at the future of home-building. He is located at 11307 Edgewater Drive in Allendale.

Visitors can tour the new, state-of-the art Design Studio that showcases a welcome area where homebuyers can share their life story and vision for their new home. It also features everything from cabinets and countertops to siding and shingles while providing the latest technology to help homebuyers plan and customize their new homes. Among the highlights is a 3D viewer that allows homebuyers to see their home plans take shape before their eyes so they will know exactly what their new home will look like before it’s ever built.

The new building experience includes a firm price up front and a firm move-in date, removing the angst from what can be the two most stressful aspects of building a home. “We’ve redefined the building experience and we’re inviting everyone to come in and take a look, whether they are thinking of building a home in the coming months or planning for the future,” says Schut.

Visitors to the Open House will enjoy food and refreshments. At the same time, they will be able to see and touch a wide variety of sample products available to customize a new home. They can also learn about the stress-free homebuilding experience that begins with choosing from 119 new home designs, then customizing their choice using the latest 3D design software which lets them “walk” through every room. The homebuyer knows exactly what their new home will look like, inside and out, right down to how their furniture will fit in each room.
