Cartridge World Re-Opens at One World Trade Center
Global Printing Solutions Company is First Pre-9/11 Business Tenant to Return to Manhattan Landmark
MCHENRY, Ill. - May 19, 2015 - (BUSINESS WIRE) - Cartridge World, the world’s leading franchisor in the office supply industry, once again is operating business out of One World Trade Center. On May 1, Greg Carafello, Master Franchisee for the global retailer and 9/11 survivor, became the first 9/11 business tenant to reopen his office in one of the most celebrated buildings in the country.
“The office superstores sell printing products. Cartridge World is one-stop-shop to help businesses find the right printing solutions. This includes everything from installing and maintaining printers to delivering cartridges and supplies. We are laser-focused on delivering solutions that save time and money”
Carafello’s operations were completely destroyed during the 9/11 tragedy, but later that same week he moved all operations to his New Jersey location and kept his business operating until 2004. Later that year, he opened his first Cartridge World location. Thirteen years later, as a Master Franchisee for Cartridge World, Carafello turned his one-store operation into 58 locations in four states.
“The reopening of One World Trade Center shows the perseverance of our great city, and moving our operations back into the building marks a very special day for us,” said Carafello. “I am thrilled to be back in the World Trade Center; Cartridge World will flourish in this environment. The business energy is unlike anything I have ever felt.”
Carafello says Cartridge World is a different retailer than the competition. “The office superstores sell printing products. Cartridge World is one-stop-shop to help businesses find the right printing solutions. This includes everything from installing and maintaining printers to delivering cartridges and supplies. We are laser-focused on delivering solutions that save time and money,” added Carafello.
Cartridge World’s printing services are designed for business efficiency. They offer high-performance printers that use high-capacity cartridges, saving money with every page printed. Plus, they offer:
- Online ordering tools and software to monitor printer performance
- On-call certified service engineers
- Special pricing, recycling services and printer programs for business customers
- Fixed monthly-fee printing services
- Free next-day delivery of printing supplies
“There are more than 2 million small businesses in New York,” added Carafello. “If we can help each one save $1,000 on printing, we’ll put $2 billion back in their pockets.” To find your local Cartridge World location, visit https://www.cartridgeworld.com/store/search/.
