Jazzercise Introduces Two New High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Workouts

May 28, 2015 // Franchising.com // Jazzercise, Inc. has added two new fat-blasting, muscle-chiseling high intensity interval training (HiiT) workouts to its lineup of classes. The new Interval Dance Mixx and Interval Fusion classes use alternating bursts of heart pumping cardio and strength moves to maximize calorie burn, rev the metabolism and build core strength for customers.

Jazzercise is a calorie-torching, hip-swiveling dance party workout with a hot playlist to distract from the burn. Customers can incinerate up to 800 calories in one 60 minute class. There are a variety of classes to choose from including Dance Mixx, Fusion, Strike, Core, Strength and the newest class offerings, Interval Dance Mixx and Interval Fusion.

The new classes are total body workouts that unleash the fat burning power of high intensity interval training. Interval Dance Mixx adds cardio bursts and level changes to maximize intensity. Interval Fusion alternates intense cardio blasts with muscle work for a sustained calorie burn.
