In one case, the owner arranged for a moving van and a support team to help a female employee in an abusive relationship move to a new apartment,” said SurePayroll General Manager Andy Roe. “Another owner told us a story about how they caught an employee stealing equipment. Instead of calling the police, they gave the employee an opportunity to make amends with weekly payroll deductions, and that person became one of their most loyal, hardworking employees.”
