East Balt Bakeries Acquires The Wendy's Company Bakery Business

CHICAGO and DUBLIN, Ohio - June 2, 2015 // PRNewswire // - East Balt Bakeries and The Wendy's Company (NASDAQ: WEN) today jointly announced they have completed a stock transaction under which East Balt has acquired Wendy's Zanesville, Ohio bakery business, The New Bakery Company, LLC.
