The new dishes join an already fresh-tasting small plates menu, including items like Almond Crusted Seared Tuna, Blackened Lime Shrimp and Brown Sugar Roasted Pork Loin, a guest favorite of all-natural pork brushed with a signature brown sugar rub with rosemary, and served with a side of honey, butter and cinnamon flavored mashed potatoes. The new small plates offer guests the option to enjoy made-from-scratch, finer dining food at affordable prices.
The new Wild Mushroom Chicken features all-natural, locally-sourced chicken that is fire grilled when guests place their order. It includes a made-from-scratch mushroom cream sauce and three different types of mushrooms, each which are roasted separately and long-simmered. The Wild Mushroom Chicken also comes with a side of garlic mashed potatoes that are hand-mashed with garlic, celery and cream. The Coconut Curry Chicken features the same all-natural, locally-sourced, fire-grilled chicken. It is served with a made-from-scratch coconut curry sauce and a side of wheat berry rice, made with long and short grains.
Fresh To Order recently changed its appetizer menu selections to small plates. All of the small plates are priced from $5 to $8 and include a variety of options to satisfy all palates. The small plates make an excellent starter for Fresh To Order’s other long plates menu items, or work well as a main course. For guests who have a hard time deciding on a menu item, the small plates are also perfect for sampling multiple dishes without overindulging.
