The Chicken Avocado TropiChop® bowl combines hand-chopped, ripe avocado, citrus-marinated, flame-grilled chicken breast and crispy bacon with white rice, romaine lettuce, Monterey jack cheese and diced tomatoes. Guests can also enjoy avocados in the Chicken Avocado Wrap or Chicken Avocado Salad, featuring grilled chicken breast, bacon, Swiss cheese, diced tomatoes, romaine lettuce and cilantro garlic sauce, served wrapped in a thin flatbread and finished on the grill press or atop a bed of fresh, crisp romaine lettuce.
Cheezy Yuca Bites, a seasonal guest favorite, are crispy bites of yuca filled with creamy, melted cheese. The yuca bites can be paired with any one of the 10 zesty tropical signature sauces on Pollo Tropical’s famous Saucing Island® for a deliciously different experience every time.
