Steve Glucksman Rejoins Art Van Furniture as Vice President, Real Estate, Franchising and New Business Development

WARREN, Mich. - June 30, 2015 // PRNewswire // - Retail industry executive Steve Glucksman returns to Art Van Furniture, the Midwest's No. 1 furniture and mattress retailer, on July 1 as vice president, real estate, franchising and new business development. The announcement was made by Art Van Elslander, founder and chairman of Art Van Furniture, and Kim Yost, CEO of Art Van Furniture.

Glucksman, who has over 25 years of industry experience, previously served as senior vice president of strategic business development and store operations at Art Van Furniture from December 2009 to January 2014. In his new role, Glucksman will focus his attention on new store and franchise growth opportunities. He left Art Van Furniture in January 2014 to join Ashley Furniture as executive vice president of stores and licensed operations under its Ashley Furniture HomeStores division.
