Zippy Shell Acquires Two Chicago Franchise Locations

July 02, 2015 // Franchising.com // Washington, D.C. - Zippy Shell Storage Operations (ZSSO), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zippy Shell Incorporated, is thrilled to announce the acquisition of two Zippy Shell locations in the Chicago market; which include Zippy Shell of West Chicago and Zippy Shell of Kane County. This acquisition is the first major corporate acquisition following the $25 Million investment from Virgo Investment Group earlier this month.

Zippy Shell of West Chicago was previously under the ownership of Josh Robbins, and Zippy Shell of Kane County was owned by Todd Temaat. This transition is the first of numerous ZSSO acquisitions expected throughout the year. With the strategic funding from Virgo, Zippy Shell projects the addition of five corporately-owned franchise locations before the end of 2015.

The projected new locations are expected to open in key markets for growth throughout the United States that will also extend the company's nationwide reach.
