America’s Best Real Estate Agents Identified

RE/MAX Places More Agents in National Survey Than Other Brands

July 08, 2015 // Franchising.com // DENVER – More RE/MAX agents are named in the prestigious 2015 “America’s Best Real Estate Agents” survey than agents with any other real estate brand. Released on Tuesday, the industry’s largest ranking of agents is based on the number of homes sold in 2014. Of the nearly 10,000 participating agents who qualified, 1 in 5 is affiliated with RE/MAX.

“RE/MAX agents are always among the industry’s best when ranked by productivity,” said Dave Liniger, CEO, Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder of RE/MAX, LLC. “Consumers prefer to work with agents who have solid experience. They want to rely upon a trusted advisor during an increasingly complex transaction, and RE/MAX agents provide that high level of customer service.”

The third annual “America’s Best Real Estate Agents” survey is produced by REAL Trends, a leading real estate news and analysis firm. The survey is open to individual agents closing a minimum of 50 transaction sides or $20 million in sales volume or team leaders with 75 sides and $30 million in volume.

The number of agents representing the top three brands in the survey include:

• RE/MAX 2,090
• Coldwell Banker 1,843
• Keller Williams 1,504

Earlier this year, two other annual industry surveys found that RE/MAX agents outperform their competition. In the REAL Trends 500 and the Power Broker Report, RE/MAX agents averaged more than twice the number of transaction sides as other agents participating in the two surveys.
