Jodie Lawman Joins RE/MAX Alliance Group in Bradenton, Florida, as a Sales Agent with the Aston Group
Bradenton, FL - July 16, 2015 - (PR.com) - Jodie L. Lawman has joined the Bradenton office of RE/MAX Alliance Group as a Sales Agent with the Aston Group. She brings an extensive real estate-related background, allowing her to provide experienced, knowledgeable and comprehensive real estate services to both home buyers and sellers.
In addition to being a licensed Realtor®, Jodie is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Her appraisal career began in 1999 in Ohio, and she went on to earn her certification there in 2001. After moving to Bradenton in 2004 to be near family, she joined Westshore Appraisal Co. in Sarasota. She actively appraised properties in the Sarasota-Bradenton area until 2012.
Lawman holds an Associate of Applied Science Paralegal Degree, obtained in 1991 while residing in Pennsylvania. She was employed as a paralegal for a Sharon, Pennsylvania, law firm from 1991 through 1998. Thereafter, she worked as an independent contractor for several title companies in the Pittsburgh area, conducting mortgage closing transactions.
She and her husband, Jeff, love living the 'Florida lifestyle,' and currently reside in the Bayshore Gardens community, where she is an active member and Trustee of the Bayshore Gardens Recreation District. She writes a monthly real estate-related article for the Bayshore Banner newsletter.
In her leisure time, Lawman enjoys spending time with her grandson, Bryson, as well as painting and creating 3D art projects. Family vacations are spent boating, camping and scuba diving.
