The recognition comes from the publication’s annual franchisee satisfaction and performance survey that polls current owners and rates the top 50 franchises based on real, experiential feedback. Each year, the Franchise Business Review satisfaction survey polls franchise owners on eight subjects in order to determine the overall ranking for a franchise. For 2015, 26,000 owners from more than 350 franchise brands were asked to rate their franchisor on categories including franchise system, leadership, financial opportunity, general satisfaction and more. Of the nearly 50 FirstLight franchisees who participated in the survey, each category was ranked by owners as well above average for an overall satisfaction score of 4.2 out of 5.
“Compared to our competitors, FirstLight scored higher in almost all categories, including leadership, core values and franchise community,” said McPherson. “Compared to the entire Franchise Business Review’s 2015 survey results, we did even better, outperforming the average in many categories by up to 20 percent.”
