Quaker Steak & Lube® Gives Back In Honor Of National Chicken Wing Day

Participating Restaurants to Donate Portion of All Chicken Wing Sales to Local Charities

July 23, 2015 // Franchising.com // SHARON, PA – The Award-Winning casual-dining franchise Quaker Steak & Lube®, known for its Best Wings USA and more than 25 sauces, announced today a special promotion in celebration of National Chicken Wing Day on July 29. As part of the promotion, participating locations nationwide will be donating 10 percent of all chicken wing sales from National Chicken Wing Day to a local charity.

"At Quaker Steak & Lube®, we are dedicated to giving back to the communities in which we live and work, and National Chicken Wing Day is a great opportunity to show our commitment to supporting local charities," said Greg Lippert, President and CEO of Quaker Steak & Lube®. Lubies can also enter for a chance to win free wings for a year by voting for their favorite sauce in The Lube’s® new social media contest, kicking off on July 29 in honor of National Chicken Wing Day.
