Wallace Property Management Group To Open First Franchise Territory in Jacksonville, North Carolina

Local Jacksonville resident Walter Whitehurst joins the Wallace Property Management franchise system as the inaugural franchisee. His protected territory includes the cities of Holly Ridge, Sneads Ferry, Hubert, Jacksonville, Midway Park, McCutcheon Field, Maysville, Morehead City, Newport, Richlands, Stella, Swansboro, Cedar Point and Cape Carteret.

“My decision to become an owner-operator of a Wallace Property Management franchise came after a long time spent analyzing the system and working closely with the Wallace executive team. I took a lot of things into consideration,” said Whitehurst. “But given the amount of support and training I’ll receive, coupled with the fact that I’ll be building a property management company with great potential in my area, made the decision a no-brainer. After many conversations and meetings with the Wallace Property Management team, I realized this was the franchise opportunity I had been looking for.”

Whitehurst has spent decades in several professional fields. His experience in real estate, specifically in the Jacksonville market, makes him a unique asset to his community and to his property management clients. Whitehurst also spent years in insurance sales and in the restaurant industry, where he managed a dozen locations for a restaurant chain. Whitehurst is also actively involved in his community and is a member of the Jacksonville-Onslow Chamber of Commerce, Jacksonville Board of Realtors, Carteret County Board of Realtors, and Topsail Island Realtors.
