Peter Czizek joins Long John Silver's as vice president of culinary innovation. After earning his undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin, Mr. Czizek began his career as a chef preparing seafood in fine dining and scratch kitchens. He has an impressive track record for developing innovative new menu creations at chains such as Applebee's, Dave & Buster's, Brinker International, and Macaroni Grill.
Leading the marketing team as senior vice president, Margo Mize is an executive with more than 20 years of restaurant and retail experience. She is a restaurant and food industry specialist, and has contributed to the turnaround of two restaurant brands. She joins Long John Silver's having most recently served as chief marketing officer for Sweet CeCe's Frozen Yogurt & Treats.
Marilyn Nicholson joins Long John Silver's as vice president of media and promotions. She brings with her more than 20 years of expertise, including 15 years at Scoppechio, where she led media strategy and consumer activation for a variety of national, regional and local retail clients. Ms. Nicholson will tap in to her deep knowledge of quick-service restaurant marketing to advance broadcast, digital, and local store marketing efforts.
As vice president of operations, Toni Bianco comes to Long John Silver's from Papa John's. Mr. Bianco has dedicated more than 20 years of his career to foodservice, first receiving a B.A. from Abilene Christian University, then starting out as a chef and caterer. He spent time managing a South African olive and wine estate before joining Aramark, then finally Papa John's where he was promoted to vice president, Asia.
