Lee has been an award-winning Realtor®, managing both large franchised companies and small boutique firms. He is a nationally-recognized speaker who has presented and trained thousands of agents at numerous National Association of Realtor® and California Association of Realtor® conventions as well as real estate franchises around the world.

Lee is also the author of eight books, including “Selling to Multicultural Real Estate Clients,” “Black Belt Negotiating” and “111 Ways to Justify Your Commission.” He earned a master’s degree in business from Golden Gate University, was awarded a doctorate degree in business, also from Golden Gate.
