Fresh Healthy Vending Secures 119 New Locations for Its Franchise Network in July 2015

Schools, Corporations, Media Networks and Community Centers Taking the Healthy Vending Initiative

SAN DIEGO, CA - (Marketwired - Aug 11, 2015) - (OTCQB: VEND) - Fresh Healthy Vending International, Inc. announced today that it secured 119 locations across the U.S. in July for its franchisees' vending machines and micro markets. Additionally, the Company moved to a new corporate location in San Diego, CA.
Notable among the new locations that are soon to be homes for Fresh Healthy Vending machines and Fresh Micro Markets are the I Heart Radio headquarters in New York, NY, the Department of Parks & Recreation in Washington, DC, and the James Campbell High School in Ewa Beach, HI.

"Many of our students had been requesting better, healthier food options," says Shayne Greenland, Vice Principal (11-12) of the school. "A few of the teachers and the principal championed the idea, so when Fresh Healthy Vending came to us it was a natural choice." The school serves two military bases and is one of the biggest in the area, which is on the Hawaiian island of Oahu. Greenland says having a vending machine filled with healthy snacks and beverages will help the institution in its efforts to honor the federal USDA Smart Snacks in School initiative.

Across the continent, the folks who work for the Department of Parks and Recreation in Washington, DC are welcoming Fresh Healthy Vending to their environs, as are the people who program and work for I Heart Radio in New York, New York. Other notable new locations for the Company's franchised vending machines include the Children's Discovery Museum in Normal, IL, Dept. of Child Support Services in Baltimore, MD, WKOW-TV in Madison, WI, University Greens at Univ. of Oklahoma in Norman, OK, and Bedford Stuyvesant New Beginnings Charter School in Brooklyn, NY.
