Pieology Pizzeria Opens Second Las Vegas Location

Popular Personalized Pizza Concept Sets the Bar in Custom Pizza

August 18, 2015 // Franchising.com // RANCHO SANTA MARGARITA, California – Pieology Pizzeria, where pizza lovers go to create custom pizzas in endless flavor combinations, announced that its second Las Vegas location is now open in Hughes Center, across the street from the Marriott Residence Inn. The first Vegas-area restaurant opened in Summerlin late last year. Pieology is committed to providing a fun and affordable dining experience that encourages guests to get creative and explore their unique tastes with any of the more than 40 fresh ingredients, always for $7.95 or less.

“At Pieology, we hope to inspire individuality when guests are creating their perfect pizza,” said franchisee and Las Vegas local, Dan Abfalter. “We’ve been told that our signature crusts and sauces are a cut above the rest and we’re excited to bring the Pieology experience to even more guests in the Vegas area.”

The Pieology experience starts with fresh house-made dough that is pressed into 11.5-inch thin pizza crusts, which is typically larger than other in the custom pizza space. Guests first select from eight signature sauces, moving down the line to choose from more than 40 fresh and flavorful meats, cheeses, vegetables, herbs, and spices. The customized pizzas are then stone oven fired to perfection in less than three minutes. To finish, guests have the option to add Pieology’s signature after-bake “Flavor Blast” sauces, including fiery buffalo, pesto and BBQ, to really make it their own! Each custom pizza with unlimited toppings is always $7.95 or less. Pieology also offers whole wheat crust, gluten free crust for an additional $2, and a selection of seven signature pizzas, which can be customized upon request.

Pieology Hughes Center is about two blocks from University of Nevada, Las Vegas and three blocks from the McCarren International Airport and the Las Vegas Strip. The restaurant features an industrial-chic and friendly environment where inspirational quotes decorate the walls, menus and employee uniforms. The restaurant is open Sunday through Thursday 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. The restaurant can be contacted at (702) 888-1295.
