Billy Sims BBQ Welcomes Diners to its 45th New Location In Warr Acres, Ok

TULSA, OK (PRWEB) August 20, 2015 - Tulsa-based Billy Sims BBQ, one of the nation’s fastest growing fast casual BBQ restaurants, recently opened its 45th location in the Warr Acres neighborhoods northwest of Oklahoma City. The new restaurant, located at 3800 N MacArthur Blvd owned by Oklahoman and experienced restaurateur Steve Allen, who already operates seven existing Billy Sims BBQ restaurants.

Founded by University of Oklahoma running back and 1978 Heisman Trophy winner Billy Sims and co-founder Jeff Jackson, the popular Billy Sims BBQ brand has experienced phenomenal growth in recent years as BBQ enthusiasts embrace its special proprietary recipes and processes for preparing and smoking beef, pork, and more. The restaurant chain first began operation in 2004 and diners now enjoy 45 locations across six states.

Company owners, Billy Sims and Jeff Jackson, anticipate continued growth of the brand through the next 18 months, indicating a new restaurant is opening in September in Chanute, KS (Neosho County, in SE Kansas) by new owners Matt and Kelly Cranor, as well as a new location in Dodge City, KS later this fall, owned by Sharon Stroburg and Jeff Anshutz. Additional openings are expected in Oklahoma in Skiatook, Enid and Yukon late this fall.
