SAN ANTONIO, TX (PRWEB) August 19, 2015 - Ovation Brands, comprised of Ryan’s, Fire Mountain, Country Buffet, Old Country Buffet, Hometown Buffet and Tahoe Joe’s, is set to join the growing family of brands owned and managed by Food Management Partners (FMP).

“We are very pleased to announce the acquisition of Ovation Brands,” says Peter Donbavand, Vice President of Business Development for FMP. “The buffet business is one with which we are very familiar, and the chance to acquire a category leader does not come along often.”

With a foundation that began in 1983, Ovation Brands now has over 300 restaurants in 35 states and employs over 18,000 team members and serves over 110 million guests annually.

Also included in the acquisition is ownership of a complete millwork and manufacturing facility located in Minnesota. “Along with our Dynamic Foods manufacturing and distribution subsidiary, the millwork facility brings additional vertical integration capabilities to all of our concepts,” says Donbavand.
