GRILLiT Announce Corporate Update

MIAMI - Aug. 24, 2015 // PRNewswire // - GRILLiT, Inc. (the "Company" or "GRILLiT") (OTC Pink Markets: GRLT) today proudly announcing an invitation to shareholders.

To GRLT shareholders: As you are now aware, Ghazi Hajj resigned as CEO and has been replaced by Henry L. Klein. Mr. Klein will be formally introduced to you at a special meeting of shareholders on September 28, 2015 at the Ritz-Carlton in New Orleans.

Mr. Klein will bring his imagination and vision to GRLT as the new CEO. His extensive legal career has spanned the United States and most aspects of the law, including anti-trust, banking, commercial, copyright, intellectual property, patent, securities and trade regulation law.

In matter of days, Mr. Klein has made substantial capital commitments and executed letters of intent for new openings in vibrant locations. These new locations will introduce the new concept of an espresso adjunct and will have a new "signature" façade, making the GRILLiT restaurant and bar concept instantly recognizable.

As stated in the previous press release, Mr. Klein has brought a minimum of $900,000 equity to the company when he assumed the position of CEO, and he expects to grow that number exponentially for the benefit of GRLT shareholders.

In addition to his professional success, Mr. Klein is a community leader. He has been a directing member of the New Orleans Opera and played a leading role in commemorating the Placido Domingo Stage in the New Orleans Theater for the Performing Arts.
