DoubleTree by Hilton Expands Presence in New York State with DoubleTree by Hilton Nanuet Hotel Opening
August 27, 2015 // Franchising.com // NANUET, N.Y. and MCLEAN, Va. – DoubleTree by Hilton debuts its newest New York offering today with DoubleTree by Hilton Nanuet, a modern 156-room hotel located near the Village of Nyack. Previously a Comfort Inn and Suites, the hotel has completed a multi-million dollar renovation that includes a total redesign of the lobby, fully-updated guest rooms and revamped public areas. DoubleTree by Hilton Nanuet is owned by Rockland Hospitality Associates, LLC and managed by Palisades Lodging Corporation.

The four-story DoubleTree by Hilton Nanuet showcases a sleek new design marked by spacious public areas, high-quality furnishings and granite and marble accents throughout the property. Guests will feel at home in the hotel’s inviting rooms featuring all modern accommodations and an array of complimentary amenities, including Wi-Fi throughout the hotel’s public areas and guest rooms, a 24-hour business center, a 24-hour fitness center featuring Precor equipment, indoor solarium-style pool with retractable roof, indoor hot tub and outdoor sun deck.
