RNR Tire Express and Custom Wheels Franchisee Recognizes District Manager of Year

RNR Franchisee Gulf Coast L& P Has Awarded Austin Adkins of Biloxi, Mississippi With District Manager of The Year Award.

September 11, 2015 // Franchising.com // Tampa, FL - RNR Tire Express and Custom Wheels franchisee Gulf Coast L & P has recently recognized one of its top area managers by awarding Austin Adkins with the highly coveted District Manager of The Year Award. Austin has been with RNR since 2007 and has advanced in the ranks from tire technician to District Manager. Mr. Adkins has played a role in RNR’s growth in 5 cities in his 8-year career with RNR. The District Manager of the Year Award recognizes a team member who has consistently displayed strong leadership and commitment to serving the diverse customer base of RNR.

“I was overcome with emotion when my name was called.” Said Adkins. “I surely can’t take all the credit, as I have the opportunity to work with great people who are really focused on our customers.” Adkins believes that the customer relationship is what separates RNR from other tire shops. “I am constantly reminding our staff that we are providing options to people who otherwise would not be able to own merchandise. Our goal is to help our customer establish ownership of the tire and wheels products we sell.”
