First Watch To Bring New Menu And Restaurant Design To Two New Nashville Locations

Company to open two area restaurants before September’s end.

September 10, 2015 // Franchising.com // NASHVILLE – First Watch Restaurants, the nation’s leading Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch concept, today announced that it will open two more Nashville-area locations before the end of September. When the restaurants open on Monday, Sept. 14, at 3879 Lebanon Pike in Hermitage, and Monday, Sept. 28, at 450 Sam Ridley Parkway West in Smyrna, fans of the popular daytime eatery will be among the first to experience the concept’s updated restaurant prototype design and fresh, new menu.

“Nashville has welcomed us with open arms since First Watch first opened in Brentwood in 2011 – it’s a sort of southern hospitality that’s hard to find elsewhere,” said Chris Tomasso, chief marketing officer for First Watch. “We can’t wait to show our friends here the fresh design and exciting new dishes we’ve been working on behind the scenes.”

The restaurants’ latest interior design combines farm fresh elements with a more high-energy, urban vibe.

First Watch’s new curated menu takes an elevated approach to traditional and innovative offerings made to order using farm fresh ingredients. It includes items such as Avocado Toast, Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict, Farm Stand Breakfast Tacos and Lemon Ricotta Pancakes. The restaurant will also feature a Fresh Juice Bar with beverages – like the Kale Tonic and Day Glow – juiced in-house daily using fresh fruits and vegetables sourced locally whenever possible. Other menu highlights include house-made granola and salsa, cage-free eggs, organic greens, house-roasted vegetables and 100% fresh-squeezed orange juice as well as more indulgent, traditional breakfast, brunch and lunch offerings.

The openings come four years after First Watch’s Nashville debut and fresh on the heels of the company’s acquisition of Nashville’s renowned Bread & Company last year and The Egg & I, which has four area restaurants, in May.

First Watch serves its entire menu seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. The restaurant also offers guests complimentary newspapers and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
