Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Coming to Lexington, KY

Fast Casual Pizza Restaurant to Open in 2015

ATLANTA, GA (PRWEB) September 28, 2015 - Pizza fans in Lexington, KY, will soon get a new restaurant in town when popular fast-casual pizza brand Uncle Maddio’s Pizza opens later this year. Uncle Maddio’s has signed a franchise agreement to open three Lexington, Ky., area restaurants with franchisees and brothers Todd, Matt and Robb Sackett and Billy White. The new franchisees have sped up the opening process so Lexington pizza lovers can enjoy the restaurant by the holiday season this year. The restaurant will be located in the Chevy Chase neighborhood at 630 Euclid Ave.

No stranger to the restaurant industry, the Lexington franchise group already own 11 Jimmy Johns in Lexington area where they opened store number 75, 16 years ago and recently opened store number 3019.

“Uncle Maddio’s fits our requirements for getting in on the ground floor of an emerging brand and fast growing segment,” said Billy White, partner. “We did our due diligence on many of the fast casual pizza brands but once we ate the food and met the Uncle Maddio’s family, all bets were off. We love how they cook everything in house and how the vegetables are fresh and cut and diced in the restaurant. The restaurant will be a place to hang out with friends and family, enjoy great food, locally crafted beer, and have a good time. It will even be a perfect spot to tailgate before a game!”

Since launching its aggressive growth plan in 2008, Uncle Maddio's has signed franchise agreements with 55 different entities in 20 states. Many of Uncle Maddio's franchisees have previous multi-unit experience with Jimmy John's, Firehouse Subs, Dairy Queen, McDonalds, Burger King, Krystal, Papa John's, Domino's, Golden Corral and Five Guys. Uncle Maddio's is on track to have 300 restaurants open in five years with 1,000 units in development and is opening units every 10 days.
