Ben’s Soft Pretzels Celebrates “Pretzeltober” by Raising Funds for Fallen Heroes

National Pretzel Company Urges the Public to Salute their Favorite Veteran

October 08, 2015 // Franchising.com // Goshen, IN - Ben’s Soft Pretzels is inviting customers to roll on in for delicious, Amish-inspired pretzels at an incredible value during October’s “Pretzeltober” celebration. In addition to nationwide specials, Ben’s Soft Pretzels, and their more than 40 locations, are raising funds for heroes in need via the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund.

For a minimum $1 donation, customers can add their name to a “battleship” that will be posted in their local Ben’s Soft Pretzels Bakery. Their goal is to surpass their fundraising efforts of nearly $17,000 from earlier this year for the same organization.

“We love partnering with a great organization like the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. Exactly 100 percent of the money raised goes to the Fund’s programs, and that’s extremely important,” said Jillian Koeneman, Vice President of Marketing.

Ben’s Soft Pretzel is also hosting a “Pretzeltober” party for three worthy Veterans and their families. Consumers can visit the Ben’s Soft Pretzels Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/benspretzels) to nominate their favorite Veteran.

Pretzel lovers can take advantage of a $10 “Pretzeltober” Special that includes three Jumbo Soft Pretzels and three gourmet dipping sauces. It’s perfect for sharing with family and friends and is available throughout the month of October. Pretzel fans can also take advantage of a “Pretzeltober” Happy Hour special which is a $2 Jumbo Soft Pretzel with Dip for only $2, Monday-Thursday from 2PM – 4PM during the month of October.
