April Knack joins Home Care Assistance of Northern Arizona as a Director of Human Resources and Training

As the Director of Human Resources, April’s role will largely focus on recruiting, hiring and retaining the best team of caregivers in the industry. In addition, April is the leader for all training events including new hire orientation, ongoing Home Care Assistance University based education and development, and First Aid/CPR certification classes for caregivers and the greater Prescott community.

April began her career in sales and training in a Fortune 500 consumer products company, progressing quickly into management roles in training and marketing where she coached and educated both management and staff. Subsequently, she shifted her career to behavioral health where she became Training and Compliance Administrator for northern Arizona’s largest behavioral health provider, forming a bridge between Human Resources, Training, Compliance, and Clinical departments from both intra-agency and extra-agency perspectives.
