The first-of-its-kind concept that will provide technical and business education for individuals seeking to become a part of the salon, spa and beauty industry, with the first location slated to open in early 2016.
Redefining excellence in cosmetology education is a long-time dream of spa industry veteran, Niki T. Kearn (formerly Bryan), Marilyn Monroe™ Spas founder and board member. Her vision is to create an unprecedented educational experience for driven, passionate students through the creation of a nationwide, privately owned collection of top tier teaching institutes.

Prior to joining Marilyn Monroe™ Spas, Carretta served as the executive vice president of operations for Empire Education Group, the nation’s largest, privately owned and operated cosmetology school group. As a member of the executive management team, Carretta led admissions, operations, education, new school acquisitions/new market entries and all school strategic direction for the $200 million industry leader, which educates 20,000 students annually. Empire expanded from 31 schools in eight states to 110 schools in 21 states during Caretta’s tenure.
