Carrie Burggraf, MS PA-C joins Home Care Assistance as Director of Client Services to meet the growing needs of clients in the St. Louis area

October 21, 2015 // Franchising.com // St Louis, MO – Home Care Assistance of St Louis, a leading provider of in-home care for seniors, welcomes Carrie Burggraf as the Director of Client Services. Carrie will play an integral role in developing key partnerships with healthcare and senior care professionals across the greater St. Louis area, fostering the growth of Home Care Assistance of St. Louis. Her role will focus on company initiatives and programs such as Hospital to Home Care and the Cognitive Therapeutics Method™, an innovative approach to in-home dementia care, in addition to the core in-home assisted living services. Carrie joins her counterpart, Sharon Greenstein-Gorman, as Director of Client Services.

Burggraf received a BS in Medical Science as a physician assistant and a BA in Technical Writing as well as an MS in Rural Primary Care from Alderson-Broaddus University in Philippi, West Virginia. In her last P.A. position with Prime M.D. in Columbia, Maryland, Carrie worked in internal and geriatric medicine at eight different rehabilitation and step down units, assisted living facilities and nursing homes; she brings that expertise to the clients Home Care Assistance serves. She is dedicated to helping aging adults live life to the fullest and remain independent in their homes as long as possible. Carrie has also made significant contributions to the local community since moving to St. Louis, MO, most recently as the Casbah auction chair and Mothers’ Club President at St. Louis University High School. She is also involved with Boys Hope Girls Hope, the Jackie Joyner-Kersee Foundation, St. Clare of Assisi and the Women’s Society of Washington University, and is an owner in Saddleback Chocolates.
