Jamba Selects Industry-Leading EcoSure for Excellence Evaluations to Inform and Enhance Operations and Guest Experience
EMERYVILLE, Calif. - (BUSINESS WIRE) - October 28, 2015 - Jamba, Inc., (NASDAQ:JMBA) a leading health and wellness brand, announced today that the Company has awarded the operation of its store excellence evaluations to EcoSure food safety solutions. EcoSure is a division of Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services.
Jamba operations excellence evaluations cover the areas of quality assurance, equipment, service and training and cleanliness standards within all stores. EcoSure will perform the evaluations across all Jamba company and franchise-owned stores. Jamba will leverage the evaluation results to improve operations excellence and guest satisfaction and as feedback to further inform brand standards and execution.
